Bacon and wife: Etta Belle, now deceased, was the wife of William Clark, and she left five children, Dora, Jessie, Percy, Roy and Dorothy ; Roy has enlisted in the United States regular army at Corvallis, Oregon ; Estella is the wife of Charles Eaton, a farmer of Nemaha precinct ; Sadie M. is the wife of Austin Ewer and they live in Summit, Idaho; they have two children, Floyd M. and Glen. Mrs. Ina M. Sims, deceased wife of Otis Sims; Uno G., deceased; Archie B., at home; Grace A., the widow of Robert Butler, deceased, and she has three children, Ina, Wenneth, and Harry, deceased."

March 8, 1907 Falls City, Nebraska "Archie Bacon, aged 21, and Myrtle Duryea, aged 18, both of Dawson." His parents were Alfred Bacon and Ann A. Fisher, hers were B. J. Duryea and Amelia Bacon.

1906 Falls City "Myrtle Bacon of Dawson attended the debate in this city last Friday."

Alfred 1844-1896 is buried in Richardson County # 10590179.

Myrtle was in Richardson County in 1900, born April 1888 in Nebraska, with parents Elven 35 and Amelia 34.
In 1910 Myrtle is widowed, a store clerk, living with her parents.
She married Robert Haushahn, and is buried in Richardson County # 108280417,

Archie is widowed in 1910 Richardson County - living with mother Ann 62 born in New York. one tree saying he married an Ida - and that he died in the 1970's in Arizona. His sister is likely the Grace A. Beutler 1887-1973 buried in Tucson # 68907576 - She was married to a Harry Graham in the 1920 Nebraska census.


Archie claimed a quarter in 26, 6S 50W in 1909.

In 1930 Richardson County, Archie is farming, with Ida, both 46, married two years.

Archie Bailey Bacon registered for WWII in Yakima, Washington, born August 29, 1883 at Middleburg, Nebraska. His reference was Stealla Eaton of Falls City, Nebraska.

Archie, per # 51400017, died in 1971, buried in Tucson, with Ida Mae (McCrea) Bacon 1882-1960.
"Ida Mae was the daughter of George C McCrea of Canada and Margaret McCloud of Washington Ida Mae McCrea married twice:
Elmer Dye Hendrick, Archie Bacon

Ida had been a resident of Tucson for 15 years prior to her death."

" Mrs. Estella Eaton, 84, of 1035 N. Palo Verde Ave., Tucson, died Sunday, December 29, 1957, at her home. Native of Nebraska. Tucson resident 11 years. Sister of Grace Beutler and Archie Bacon, both of Tucson. Friends may call at the Adair Funeral Home until 10 p.m. today. The body will be sent tomorrow to Falls City, Neb., for funeral services and burial."

March 24, 1935 Lincoln "Miss Adeline R. Morris of Falls City, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Morris of Rtella, formerly of Lincoln, and Kenneth Beutler, son of Mrs. Grace Beutler of Falls City, will be married today. The bride was graduated from Lincoln high school and attended the University of Nebraska for one year. She lived in Lincoln until 1931. The bridegroom was graduated from Falls City high school and attended the University of Nebraska for two years. He is a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. Following a short honeymoon in Lincoln and Omaha, the couple will reside In Falls City."


1905 Falls City "Otis Sims, the Nims City young man who was sentenced sixty days for hitting Christ Stucke over the head with a billiard cue , was released from confinement Monday."

Ina Sims 1878-1908 is buried in Salem, Nebraska # 42978618 "wife of Otis Sims."
Ina was in Franklin County, Nebraska, married but no spouse, living with sister Stella Ewer>
