If this is the Logan County one, then possibly his daughter Lucy was born in Logan County.

"Barbara H. Green, 89, of Central Point passed away on Friday, Jan. 11, 2013 in White City at the home of her daughters where she was being cared for surrounded by her loved ones.
She was born in Lakeview on Oct. 19, 1923 to Jim and Ethel (Eccleston) Young of Valley Falls.
She married David C. Green, the love of her life, on April 6, 1942. They lived in Paisley for 25 years then moved to Central Point in 1973 where they owned and operated a small engine repair shop (Work or Play) in Central Point and Barb worked for fruit companies in the Rogue Valley.
She was preceded in death by her husband David in 1995; brother Calvin Young.
She is survived by her children Ardyth Kendall, Alice Rosebrook, Darrell Green and Jerry Green; brothers and sisters-in-law Wayne and Marion of Sutherlin, Carl and Alice of Payette, Idaho and Lauren and Dena of Roseburg; brother Fred Young of Oakland; sister-in-law 91-year-old Nova Young (Calvin's widow) of Paisley. Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be held the end of July 13, 2013 in Paisley. Barb and her humor will be missed by all who knew her."
