In 1900 Sedgwick County, Colorado, Bertrand Parker is farming, 68, married 42 years to Caroling 62, both born in Vermont. Alice is 34, Cuthbert August 1869, and Delos H. 25, all three born in Illinois.

Cuthbert married Maud E. Mills on March 14, 1901 in Sedgwick County.

In 1920 Sedgwick County, Cuthbert is farming, 50, Maud 45, Edith H. 18, Doris C. 13, and Villa M. 9.

Cuthbert claimed 40 acres in 28, 10N 48W in 1929.

"The Hon. Cuthbert F. Parker, president of the First National Bank of Julesburg and a former representative from Sedgwick county in the state legislature, was born in the village of Gardner, Grundy county, Illinois, April 21, 1870, a son of Bertrand D. and Caroline F. Parker, and attended and was graduated from the Illinois State Normal University at Normal, Illinois. He came to Colorado in 1892 and was for some time engaged here in teaching but was presently elected superintendent of the schools of Sedgwick county and in that capacity served for nine years. In 1908 he was elected to represent his district in the legislature and thus served during the sixteenth session of the general assembly. In 1910 he was again elected to the legislature. He also has served as a member of the Julesburg city council. In 1925 Mr. Parker was elected president of the First National Bank of Julesburg. He also is a member of the board of directors of the First National Bank of Sedgwick and is a member of the Julesburg Land Company. He is a member of the Julesburg Community Club, the Masonic order and the Woodmen of the World. On March 13, 1900, at Julesburg, Mr. Parker married Maud E. Mills, and they have three daughters, the Misses Edith Hester, Doris Caroline and Villa May Parker. "

Edith was born January 9, 1902 to Cuthbert F. Parker who was born in Gardner, Illinois. She went to Europe in 1923, a college student at Decatur, Illinois.
She was widowed in 1940 Chicago, no occupation, 38, and David C. Alais 17 is with her.

A likely spouse is Charle Wagner Allais 1904-1937 buried in Putnam COunty, Indiana # 20722282.

Doris Caroline Parker, 22, married Phillip Shearer Fogg on June 25, 1929 in Jules
In 1930 they're in Santa Monica, California, Phillip 26, Doris P. 23, living with Delia S. Fogg, 58.

Arvilla is a stenographer in San Francisco in 1940, 34, married to Bernard Seligman 33 born in Utah, a traffic manager.

Arvilla Parker Seligman born March 1, 1989 , died in Marin County, California October 31, 1989.
Bernard Frank Seligman died in Los Angeles County July 21, 1978. He's buried in Fort Rosecrans # 128130887, a Navy Captain.
