William Horn

William cash-claimed  a quarter in 1, 7N 48W in 1890.

And it was promptly sold at auction on the Denver courthouse steps Feb 14, 1890.


There's a William R. Horn in 1900 Polk County, Missouri, born Aug 1860, with Nancy Oct 1855, both Illinois, married seventeen years, with Hallie C. Feb 1884, Oren D. Sep 18888, and Oma A. Mar 1891. 

In 1910 Polk County W.R. and N.C. have only Oren and Oma.

In 1920 Baker County, Oregon William does general labor work, and Nannie and he have Orin, a laborer, Oma, and three boarders.

In 1930 Durango, Colorado "Riley" R. Horn 69 and Nancy A. 67 are with daughter Hallie C. Brewer, 46, her husband Tilman 49, a laborer at a smelter,  and their five ages 22 to 9.


Woodson Horn was a pallbearer for neighbor William Brooks in Haxtun in 1951.  But this Woodson was born in Tennessee in 1888, lived in Phillips County 1930 and 1940, registered in Phillips County for WWII
