Emma King, widow of Neal S. King claimed a tract in 1, 9N 50W in 1914.

Neal S. King 1864-1913 is buried in Sedgwick County, # 47376395.
Emma King married Marion Owens in Twin Falls, Idaho on March 27, 1916.

In 1920 Twin Falls, Idaho, Marion C. Owens is 62, born in Indiana, Emma E. 52 Illinois. Stephen King 8 her son born in Colorado is with them.
They're still in Twin Falls in 1930, living alone.

Emma is widowed in 1940 Twin Falls, 73, living alone.

Marion Carter Owens 1857-1938 is buried in Twin Falls # 28766698.

Emma Owens, born April 30, 1867 in Illinois to Warren Woodruff and Mary Smith, died in Twin Falls, Idaho July 9, 1949.

Alice had been in Logan County, Colorado in 1920, with parents Halsie P. 3 and Sally 31, and in Washington COunty, Colorado in 1930 with them. So she might ba a cousin of Arthur Woodruff

Florence Pratt, age 18, married Guy Storer on Sept 2, 1915 in Kootenai County, Idaho.
Gertrude Storer was born October 15, 1915 in Spokane, name of Frost in 1936, Johnson in 2002.
She was in a Los Angeles orphan asylum in 1930.
Ernest Frost was born March 20, 1938 in Tuolomne County to father Frost, mother Storer.
In 1940 Gertrude is married to Luthur Frost 27, born in MIssissippi, and they have a son Ernest 2.
Luther and Gertrude are in Stockton in 1946.

Guy Storer born 1886 in Spangle, Washington, registered for WWI in Rockford, Washington, married with a child, working for Fred Pratt of Rockford.
Guy died November 30, 1929 in Los Angeles County.
Florence is widowed in 1930 Los Angeles, a servant nurse.

Franklin Alva Stump registered for WWI with an address of Proctor, Colorado, farming, born November 1, 1888 at Coin, Iowa, with a wife and three children.

Alvie proved up two quarters in 1, 9N 50W in 1920.

In 1920 Crook precinct, Frank L. is 31, born in Iowa, Elsie H. 28 Illinois, farming. Sara W. 8, Franklin F. 5, and Elsie A. 3 were born in Colorado. Brother James R. 16 born in Iowa is a hired man.

In 1930 Alva F. Stump is a cement contractor in Crook precinct, 40, with Elsie H. 38, Winefred 18 a telephone operator, Frank F. 15, and Alienna E. 14.

In 1940 Alvie is a farm laborer in Crook precinct, 52, with Elsie 48.

Winifred is also in the Denver 1930 census, just married to Arthur Woodruff, and they're rooming with Nick F. Valotta 24 and his wife Louise 21, married three years..
Winifred N. Stump and Arthur L. Woodruff married May 3, 1930, recorded in Jefferson County.

In 1940 Jefferson County, Colorado, Winifred Nora is 38, married to Arthur L. Woodruff - they were in Gill, Colorado in 1935. Alva Joan is 7, George Alvie 6, Arnold Lee 4, and Delbert Dean 1.

"Grace was born on May 29, 1916, in Speed, Kan., the daughter of Clarence and Rose (Custine) Paramore. She attended school through the eighth grade and was a cook and a housewife.
On Feb. 9, 1939, she married Franklin Francis Stump in Sidney, Neb. They were married for 47 years.
Grace belonged to the VFW, Federated Woman's Club, Crook Sr. Citizens, Crook Historical Society, and the Iliff Community Regional Center.
She enjoyed reading, working at the library, and her clubs and organizations. She was also a cook at Crook and Caliche schools for multiple years.
Grace is survived by her son, Alvie Lee Stump and wife Caroline of Crook; daughter, Frances Fae Koch and husband Vernon of Guymon, Okla.; grandchildren, Billy Stump and wife Annie of Ingnacio, Bobby Stump and wife Tracie of Crook, Peggy Carter of Guymon, Okla., Ricky Koch and wife Laura of Oklahoma City, Sharla Woolfolk and husband Curt of Stillwater, Okla.; and great-grandchildren, Quinten, Blayne, and Riley Stump, Kaelyn and Trason Carter, Alyssa and Kayla Koch and Cole Stump.
She was preceded by her husband, Frank Stump; her parents; and brothers, Emmit Paramore and Virgle Paramore. "


Alienne E. Stump married Curtis E. Peterson on December 19, 1936, recorded in Logan County.

In 1940 Curtiss, 28, and Alienne 23 are in Stromsburg, Nebraska. Curtis is a timekeeper for road construction.

Curtis E. Peterson 1911-1965 is buried in Stromsburg # 30939627.



In 1910 James is with parents in Page County, age 6, and is there in 1915. In 1920 he's a hired man with brother Franklin in Logan County.

He's not likely the one marrying Etta M. McBearety in Kansas City on December 15, 1923, age 21, and is there with her in 1930, a truck driver. Etta is widowed in 1940 Johnson County, Kansas.
