About your Volunteer Coordinator My name is Alice Allen, and I have been with the USGenWeb Project since July 1996, almost from the beginning of the Project. I have counties in other states, and in December 2008 adopted Bent and Teller Counties in Colorado. Since Otero was formed from Bent County in 1889, and I noticed that it was available, I adopted it on May 15, 2009.
